Because of great Comcast specials, I am a new customer
Thursday, September 11th, 2008I like to give my business to companies that have top notch customer service. When a friend told me how happy he was with the newest Comcast specials and offers, I decided to give them a call. I ordered a new cable package and the broadband high speed internet. The customer service rep walked me through my options and helped me pick out the perfect package for my needs. It only took a few minutes on the phone and my order was complete.
The next day a service technician was at my home and installed my new cable and broadband for me. I was really impressed with how courteous he was. He answered all my questions and showed me how to use the new equipment he installed. I especially enjoy my new broadband internet that is so fast. Now I have so many great channels to watch on digital cable, I don’t know where to start. I am so pleased with my new service. I will be sure to recommend the current Comcast specials to all of my friends.
