The customer service rep walked me through my options and helped me pick out the perfect package for my needs. It only took a few minutes on the phone and my order was complete.

The next day a service technician was at my home and installed my new cable and broadband for me. I was really impressed with how courteous he was. He answered all my questions and showed me how to use the new equipment he installed. I especially enjoy my new broadband internet that is so fast. Now I have so many great channels to watch on digital cable, I don’t know where to start. I am so pleased with my new service.
