But as yet, there don’t seem to be any plans for those who consistently go over the caps. Although repeat offenders may be disconnected from service. According to the site, subscribers who violate the cap will be contacted via e-mail or web message via their browser and then it will be suggested they upgrade to a faster package. But the company only plans to take into consideration the total bytes being transferred over the offending subscriber’s connection.
